Who Else Wants To Retire
A MILLIONAIRE?
03/06/09
Dear Subscribers,
How would you like to learn a simple formula that can help you retire a millionaire? In this month’s issue of my Service For Life! ® Free consumer newsletter, I’ve provided for you a quick analysis for retiring wealthy. But that’s not all. Inside you’ll find tips for getting a good night sleep, how to save up to $5,000 per year on groceries, and much, much more. But before you dig into this issue…
Here’s what’s new in the world of real estate
Mexico is slow at the moment as the tourists and real estate buyers have not yet started to return to paradise. This has been caused mostly by the media in the states. There was a certain amount of drop off of visitors due to the worldwide financial situation. This dorp off was caused mostly by people readjusting their travel and retirement plans. The rest was all due to excessive and erroneous negative press. Such as violence—Mostly limited to drug wars and only in a few locations and not the tourist areas. Another exaggerated press barrage was the swine flu epidemic—NOT. There are more cases and deaths in the U.S. during regular flu season than have been reported worldwide. But the press jumped on Mexico because the first flu death was reported from Mexico.
The above has forced Mexico to launch an advertising campaign to attract tourists back to Mexico. The above has also cause some softening in real estate prices in the resort areas. Mostly foreign owners that have had changes in their financial situation in the states are a little more flexible in their prices than previously. Finally, I want you to know that Mexico is safe and now is a great time to visit with the travel and hotel promotions that are coming available. If you need a real estate professional to help in buying or selling a property in Mexico stop by my office or send me an email.
Enjoy your issue!
Regards,
Gordon

Are Your Energy Costs
Out Of Control?
April 2, 2009
Dear Subscriber
Most of us just have to “grin and bare” high energy costs. But did you know there are quick and easy things you can do to reduce your energy bill by up to 40%? Annualized, that’s a lot of money! In this month’s issue of my Service For Life! ® free consumer newsletter, I’ve highlighted eight ways you can begin reducing your energy bill starting TODAY! Plus, I’ve included helpful information about Hepatitis C, zapping telemarketers, and more. But first, here’s a quick overview of our local real estate market…
With a buyers market, combined with nearly all-time low mortgage rates, now’s the time to get a great deal on your dream home. And there’s never been a better time to buy your Dream Vacation home in Mexico.
Properties are still moving here, although a bit slower than usual. The developers are still building their pre-sold units and working on the golf courses. Now is a good time to buy at pre-construction or pre-opening prices.
Please let me know if a friend, family member or neighbor needs a real estate professional to help in buying or selling a property in Mexico..
I appreciate your friendship and referrals. Enjoy your issue!

Here Are 9 Tips For Making Airline
Travel Safe and Convenient…
March 10,2009
Dear Subscribers
Flying is still one of the safest means of transportation available. But sometimes it can be a real hassle. If you plan on flying soon, my latest Service For Life! ® newsletter issue may help your flight become safer and more convenient. Plus, there’s a lot more waiting for you in this issue. First, I thought you’d like to know…
Here’s what’s new in the world of real estate: The real estate market activity during this month is slow here as it appears to be in most places of the world. IF and a big IF the politicians get the jobs programs going, stop the home repossessions and quit giving money to the big companies that caused loan scams plus all the PORK in the program the rebound should start in about 6 months. I don’t have much faith in the politicians doing what is right for the country.
For the individuals in strong financial positions now is a good time to buy in Mexico. The prices are still holding pretty firm, however the dollar exchange rate for purchases in Pesos is very favorable at the moment.
I apologize for the delay of this issue of the newsletter. I just returned from Guadalajara where I had double cataract operations so my vision is still a little fuzzy and my typing is slower than usual.
I appreciate your referrals. Enjoy your issue!

Gordon

Could Antibiotics Actually
Prevent Heart Disease?
9 January 2009
Dear Subscribers
We may have a new tool against heart disease. Scientists are now studying a potential breakthrough that may lower your risk of heart attack. It’s all detailed right here in my latest Service For Life! ® Free consumer newsletter. But before you dig into this issue…
Here’s what’s new in the world of real estate: The real estate market activity during this holiday season seems to be a little slower than previous years. There are still inquiries and interest but the actual buyers are few and far between. That was not unexpected with the government offices pretty well shut down for a month over the holidays and everyone is waiting to see what, if anything the new president will do when he takes office. There’s never been a better time to buy your dream home in Mexico. For those in good financial condition and with the exchange rate today, you can buy a $500,000 plus view home for less than $300,000. If interested contact me and COME ON DOWN!
With the world wide credit fiasco, Mexico is affected also. President Calderon has frozen gas and propane prices, extended medical benefits from 2 months to 6 months for the unemployed, about 25 items total to help revitalize the economy.
I truly appreciate your referrals. Enjoy your issue!

Gordon
